Open Positions
Business Development
- Business Development Representative
- Our business development team opens the door to new portal accounts for multi-location organizations. You will research prospects, set and attend appointments with marketing and procurement decision-makers, and work alongside our President to land and keep enterprise accounts. Connections in corporate marketing departments are a plus.
- Responsibilities: prospect and qualify target accounts; conduct calls and face-to-face meetings; maintain detailed records in our CRM; present Fidelity’s branded storefront and e-procurement solutions; support account build-outs after the sale.
- Position Details: base salary plus uncapped commission; 2+ years of B2B sales experience preferred; vacation accrued at two weeks the first year.
Production
- Production Team Member (Press, Bindery and Mail)
- Responsibilities: set up and run digital and offset presses and bindery equipment under the direction of the department lead; inspect products as they come off the line to ensure quality; prepare mailings and fulfill orders for our clients; read and follow job tickets; maintain safety and compliance within the position.
- Position Details: no experience necessary – we train; prior print, bindery or mail experience may lead to a higher starting rate; overtime may be required with advance notice; vacation accrued at two weeks the first year.
Technical
- Technical Specialist (Prepress and Web-to-Print Portals)
- Responsibilities: prepare and preflight customer files for print; build and maintain items, users and pricing in our customer ordering portals; troubleshoot production equipment and software; document procedures so the work can be repeated by others.
- Requirements: comfortable with Adobe Creative Cloud and web-based systems; attention to detail; willingness to learn our platforms and AI tools.
- Position Details: competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience; vacation accrued at two weeks the first year.
Warehouse
- Warehouse Trainee (Fulfillment and Distribution)
- Responsibilities: receive, store and pick inventory for our customers; pack and ship orders accurately and on time; assemble event and marketing kits; keep the warehouse organized and safe.
- Requirements: ability to lift and carry packages and stand for extended periods; reliability and attention to detail; a valid driver’s license is a plus for occasional deliveries.
- Position Details: entry level – no experience necessary; paid training; overtime may be required with advance notice; vacation accrued at two weeks the first year.
