Meet Our Founders
In the Fall of 1999, Fidelity Offset was brought to life by Micheal Spurgeon and Dan Oskin in Nashville, Tennessee. The two lithographers joined forces in the hopes of creating the world’s most customer-centric print shop. Along the way, the duo found success by remaining true to the customers they served. Each shared a latent desire: to serve. Printing services would be the vehicle, but the goal of these two gents was the same – a desire to solve problems and make life a bit easier for anyone they called a customer.
The two men combined over 30 years of experience in the commercial print industry to create one company directed at creating an efficient and user-oriented strategic design. Seeing the highs and lows of the industry around them, they knew what had to be done to refocus the industry around the customer experience: simplify custom print ordering and design. That’s what we mean by Service Extraordinaire.
