Business Development

Account Executive- Outside Sales
- Our Account Executive’s are at the core of our business. They work hard every single day to drive new business for our printers and warehouses. With our open position, we are looking for a dedicated team member who is ready to grow our company in the world of print. Got connections in marketing departments? Awesome! Most of our customers are leaders in the marketing industry who are looking to grow their campaigns through the power of print
- Responsibilities:
  - Travel within Middle Tennessee to meet prospects and customers
  - Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers daily
  - Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat customers
  - Maintain detailed records in our CRM
  - Educate customers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally- master the art of print
  - Grow Fidelity sustainably by developing new relationships and maintaining current business
  - Monitor Fidelity’s competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand the needs of our contacts
  - Work closely with marketing department to maintain a consistent branding strategy
- Position Details:
  - Base Salary and Uncapped Commission
  - 2+ Years Sales Experience Required
  - Bachelors Degree Preferred
  - Vacation accrued at two weeks the first year

Manufacturing Development

Bindery Handwork
- Responsibilities:
  - Boxing and fulfilling orders for our clients
  - Handwork as assigned by position manager
  - Flexibility and willingness to learn new job duties
- Requirements:
  - Maintain compliance and proper safety within position
  - Ability to read and understand job tickets
  - Assist in the set-up and running of bindery equipment
  - Inspect products as they come off of the assembly line to ensure quality
- Position Details:
  - Position starts at $13/hour
  - No experience necessary, but prior experience may lead to an increase in base pay
  - Overtime may be required, but advance notice will be given when possible. All employees are expected to work scheduled hours as needed
  - Vacation accrues at two weeks the first year

Delivery Driver
- Are you a skilled driver with a passion for prompt and reliable service? Join our team as a delivery driver and play a crucial role in ensuring our products reach our clients efficiently. If you have a strong work ethic and a commitment to exceptional customer service, this opportunity is for you.
- Responsibilities:
  - Timely Deliveries: Execute timeley and accurate deliveries of our products to clients, contributing to our commitment to exceptional customer service.
  - Route Planning: Efficiently plan delivery routes to optimize time and fuel consumption
  - Vehicle Maintenance: Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance to ensure safe and reliable operation.
  - Customer Interaction: Interact professionally with clients during deliveries, maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.
- Requirements:
  - Valid Driver’s License: Possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  - Reliability: Demonstrate reliability in meeting delivery schedules and commitments.
  - Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry packages, and perform physical tasks related to the delivery process.
  - Customer-Focused: Exhibit a customer-focused approach to enhance the overall delivery experience.
- Position Details:
  - Starting Pay: Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience.
  - Experience: Previous delivery experience is a plus, but not mandatory.
  - Overtime: Occasional overtime may be required, and advance notice will be provided whenever possible. All employees are expected to work scheduled hours as needed.
  - Vehicle Provided: Company vehicle provided for deliveries.
  - Vacation: Enjoy two weeks of accrued vacation in the first year.
